Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.
When Cancelling an Appointment please provide 24 hours notice, this allows for the rescheduling of the appointed time slot.
Cancellations Between 24 and 12 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total fees for the missed appointment. Cancellations with less then 12 hours notice will be charged 70% of the total fees for the canceled appointment.
Rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice is considered the same as cancelling an appointment.
No-Shows anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Please note that if you simply do not show up to your appointment, or if you cancel at very short notice, your therapist may also require prepayment of future appointments to confirm them.
Arriving Late. Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the actually treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” payment of the appointed time.
