Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.
When Cancelling an Appointment please provide 24 hours notice, this allows for the rescheduling of the appointed time slot.
Cancellations with less then 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the total fees for the canceled appointment.
Rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice is considered the same as cancelling an appointment.
No-Shows anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
An invoice will be sent with fees due for no-shows, cancellations and reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, payment due within 7 days. Please note that if you simply do not show up to your appointment, or if you cancel at very short notice, your therapist may also require prepayment to confirm future appointments.
Arriving Late. Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the actually treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” payment of the appointed time.
